Petra Coveney is our OTBM Yoga coach. She is the founder of Menopause Yoga™ - the world’s first menopause specific yoga programme, designed to help women manage their menopause symptoms. As a leader in her field, and member of The British Menopause Society, she trains other yoga teachers all over the world and has published a book titled, ‘Menopause Yoga - A Holistic Guide To Supporting Women On Their Menopause Journey’ which you can purchase on Amazon Books and Singing Dragon publishing. Petra’s unique approach brings together Western medical science and Eastern wellbeing. In this group virtual class, she'll introduce a range of yoga sequences to support menopause wellbeing. After your 60 minute session, you'll feel more in control of your body and mind, and have some key take-away postures to continue to introduce into daily life.
