  • Menopause Masterclasses: 60-minute virtual sessions, facilitated by menopause coaches to manage different aspects of menopause, ask questions, share experiences

  • Happy Hour: immersive menopause wellbeing experiences such as Menopause Sound Bath, Menopause Neurobics, Laughter Yoga and Mindfulness for Menopause to boost body and mind with our team of menopause health and wellness trainers

  • ERG support: we can work with Women’s Network leads to help design a programme of events, book speakers or consult on how to boost engagement
