Jane Atherton

Jane ran her own menopause lifestyle clinic in Hong Kong for many years, before moving on at the age of 52 to develop the award winning skin care brand ‘Phytomone’ which has been uniquely formulated with Janes’s expertise, for menopausal skin.

Jane is a member of The British Menopause Society, a trained clinical nutritionist and professional skin health therapist. Jane has published two books on menopause, as well as setting up The Menopause Room, popular on social media to support women through menopause

Helene set up Style My Wardrobe to help women negotiate the sometimes challenging world of self-image and identity. She introduces women to the positive impact fashion and style can have on their self-confidence once they understand their relationship with clothes and have their wardrobe working effectively. At the core of her work is the belief that fashion can empower women, helping them feel confident about who they are, and that this in turn gives them the poise to deal with the physical and emotional challenges life throws at them

Nicky is a dedicated pelvic health physio and pilates instructor and is passionate about working with

women in perimenopause and menopause treating bladder and bowel problems, such as

incontinence, prolapse, constipation and pelvic pain as well as post surgical rehab. Nicky takes a holistic approach to treatment, evaluating the pelvic floor and working with women to develop and integrate an exercise program and lifestyle management strategies that can be easily adapted to their lives

Jo Kaye is a full time mindfulness coach and founder of The Breathe Academy, working with groups, corporates and 1-1 clients. She has been practicing meditation for over 20 years and is a member of the UK Network of Mindfulness Teachers. She has a particular passion for providing the tools to help us skilfully deal with the pressures of 21st-century living and in particular self-care, across all aspects of life. She runs most Sundays, free online meditation sessions

Petra Coveney

Petra Coveney is the Founder of Menopause Yoga, a member of British Menopause Society and created the world’s first specialist yoga classes and teacher training courses for menopause. Her weekly classes draw together western medical science with eastern wellbeing including Yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as natural remedies and nutrition. She also runs retreats & workshops

Kathryn Pinkham

Insomnia Advisor

Kathryn is an Insomnia Specialist with her own sleep clinic. Kathryn uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia to help people identify and change their habits and thoughts which cause sleep issues. She has a Masters Degree in Counselling, and worked as an NHS Psychological Practitioner. Kathryn provides an online CBTi course, The Sleep Well, Live Better Programme for Menopause to improve women's sleep and is a contributor in press, radio & TV

Louise Coyle

Hypnotherapist Advisor

Louise is a cognitive-behavioural hypnotherapist and EFT practitioner, working with women to help them take back control of their bodies and minds, so that menopause is a positive experience. She teaches women how to reset their body’s internal thermostat and explore how unhelpful thinking habits can be changed for the better. Through her company, Changing Times Hypnotherapy, Louise offers regular courses in hypnotherapy and the menopause for small groups, as well as seeing private clients online and in person
