About the Event
In our final workshop, we’ll look at how to develop a range of internal and external resources to help support our mental health. We'll be looking at Power Tools to help achieve emotional and physical balance, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, movement, nutrition and other complementary therapies.
We’ll be joined by Simona Stokes, founder of Menopause CTB Clinic, a psychologist, specialist in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). CBT is an evidence based intervention that is effective in treating menopause and helping women overcome a range of emotional and physical difficulties experienced while navigating this stage of life.
By the end of this Masterclass, you'll feel more equipped to deal with setbacks and challenges encountered during the menopause to help you deal with your emotions and better manage stress.
