You'll complete a questionnaire that helps us identify your priority needs, the way you like to learn. We'll suggest a module of the Take Charge of Change programme to start on first.
Your Journey Begins
You'll be guided through the programme at your own pace and supported with home practices, resources & films. At the end of each module, you'll complete a survey to assess your progress and move you on to work on your next priority.
You'll feel supported every step of the way. You'll receive regular check ins from us to see how you are getting on and can get in touch with any questions. We host Zoom drop in sessions where you can meet other members and share experiences, as well as access to our Members forum
